What are the physical fitness factors ?
Physical activity factors include various factors. But in general, according to the definition of the World Health Organization, physical fitness means the ability to perform muscle work in a satisfactory manner.
In another definition, the American College of Sports Medicine defines physical fitness as follows:
Ability to perform physical activities (from moderate to high intensity) without excessive fatigue, and maintain this ability throughout life. Physical fitness includes several factors that are divided into two general goals of physical fitness related to health and skill.
Physical fitness related to health
In health-related physical fitness, attention is paid to the development of factors needed to perform performance and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Factors in this section are:
Muscle strength
Muscular endurance
aerobic endurance
flexibility
body composition
Physical fitness related to skill
In physical fitness related to movement skills, attention is paid to the development of factors required for better performance of sports and physical activities.
Factors in this section also include:
Speed
power
the balance
Agility
Speed of action and coordination

When it comes to physical fitness, it means having such a heart, blood vessels, lungs and muscles that can perform their duties well.
Several factors are effective in physical fitness, but four factors play a role more than others. These factors are:
Muscle strength
As you know, about 40% of body weight is made up of muscles. These muscles produce energy in themselves, which is called muscle power, which of course can be measured. The most important known factor in physical fitness is the talent and ability of muscles to apply force or resist it. Fitness tips
Strength training is one of the factors that cause bulking of muscle fibers and increases a person’s ability to use the generated force. Muscle strength is very important in various sports and of course daily activities.
Muscular endurance
Muscles store energy in themselves. This action allows the muscles to continue their activity for a long time. This action of muscles is called muscular endurance. Muscular endurance is the capacity of a muscle or group of muscles to contract continuously.
Muscular endurance is often confused with muscular strength. But it should be noted that usually muscular endurance is the ability to use strength and maintain this ability for a relatively long time.
muscle flexibility
The ability to use muscles in the widest range of their movement around the joints is called flexibility. This factor is particularly important in physical fitness. With sports exercises, the ability of the joints of the body to bend and rotate increases, and as a result, the efficiency of the muscles improves. If the joints have little flexibility, movement restrictions are created for the body.
Cardiopulmonary endurance
Many scientists believe that cardiopulmonary endurance is more important than other factors in physical fitness. Some others confirmed exactly the opposite of this theory. But experience has shown that cardiopulmonary endurance is one of the basic factors of physical fitness.
